Our Cook & Eat Workshops are relaxed, hands-on experiences designed to help you rediscover the joy of cooking and eating fresh, plant-based food. We keep things simple, vibrant, and full of flavour no fancy jargon, just real ingredients, practical skills, and plenty of laughter.

Each session includes guided cooking, tasting, and conversation around nutrition and wellbeing. You’ll leave feeling inspired, confident, and nourished with new ideas for meals that truly make you feel good.

Perfect for those who want to build confidence in the kitchen or enjoy a creative, foodie experience with friends or family. Our workshop themes range from Plant-Based Basics to Nourishing Bowls & Glow Plates, always practical, inspiring, and full of colour.

Sessions can be hosted locally or at your chosen venue, lasting around two hours, and are designed to be uplifting, social, and full of flavour.
